RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our gins are non-return and non-refundabl. In the event that the product is damaged on arrival please email us with a photo of the damaged item with the proof of delivery waybill number located on the box. Or inform us immediately if you have a complaint on 071 876 8969.
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping will be charged at check out. All orders over R1863 will qualify for free shipping. We use The Courier Guy to ship orders nation wide in South Africa. Once your order has been approved and the proof of payment has been received, we send you an email with your tracking number as soon as it has left the courier.
Please note we do not make deliveries from Friday - Sunday. All orders and proof of payments received after 9:30am on Thursdays, will only be sent the following Monday.
